NFL teams are on their summer break, but it won't be long before they all are back on the practice field gearing up for the 2024 season.
With mandatory minicamps wrapped up, players and coaches all get to enjoy a little bit of time away from the game before things ramp back up. By late July, however, each team will be back in action.
And there should be no shortage of story lines to monitor during the late portion of summer. Key among them is how Aaron Rodgers fares as he continues to work his way back from a torn Achilles after missing the New York Jets' mandatory minicamp with an unexcused absence. Eight new head coaches will also be embarking on their first summer sessions with their respective squads. And from veterans who jumped ship in free agency to marquee rookies, there will be plenty of new figures looking to settle in with their new teams.
