Spotify builds library pop-up in Los Angeles to promote Taylor Swift's 'Tortured Poets'

Spotify is launching a Taylor Swift library installation in Los Angeles to promote the highly anticipated, upcoming release of "The Tortured Poets Department."
The open-air installation will be at The Grove from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday to Thursday. Fans will be able to explore a poetry library representing the new record. Each day the installation will be updated to include more surprises. Spotify says in a news release that fans who can't see the library in person can follow along on social.
Austin Peay State University professor Delaney Atkins, who teaches a Taylor Swift themed class on poetry, believes Swift will usher in a new appreciation for the written art and make 2024 The Year of Poetry. The Spotify display is another example of Swift's influence on English and literature and making it popular among the mainstream public.
